SMBAutoPilot wires the four jobs every local business loses money on — answer → capture → follow up → book — into one closed loop the owner can watch. Play the whole pilot on this page: be the customer in the Assistant tab, then be the owner in the Follow-ups, Scheduling and Dashboard tabs.
Billing not connected — this demo cannot take payment. Prices are hypotheses from a prototype-price anchor, not proven market rates.
This form is a labelled demo. Pressing the button goes nowhere and sends nothing.
Play the customer: ask about hours, pricing, services or service area. Anything else triggers a human handoff (owner alert). All replies come from this business's FAQ — nothing is invented.
Name + phone + need. Every captured lead raises a simulated owner alert. Nothing is sent externally.
Raised by: new leads, unknown-intent handoffs, approvals, sends, bookings, cancellations.
Sequence: Day-0 thank-you → Day-2 check-in → Day-7 nudge. Each draft needs owner APPROVE before it can be sent. Unapproved sends are blocked. All sends are simulated and logged.
Pick a service, then an open slot. Confirming locks the slot — double-booking is refused. Cancelling frees it. A booking moves the linked lead to Booked.
